👋 Intro

Hi, I'm Surudh! I’m a Technical Program Manager (and former Full-Stack Software Engineer)

I have 3+ years of TPM experience under my belt supported by 7+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer.
Over the last few years, I’ve directed technical execution for enterprise SaaS portfolios across the fintech, healthtech, and e-commerce sectors, with a strong focus on building solutions that gamify finance and drive net-new traffic.
I spent my early career building and shipping apps to production for a variety of businesses. I soon realized that I get a kick out of operating in the messy middle where structured engineering execution has to blend with evolving business realities.
These days, my focus is on being a catalyst and technical liaison between engineering teams, internal and external stakeholders, and most importantly, the customer.
As of May 2026, I’m open to new opportunities and open to relocating for the right one!

⚙️ Where I Operate: The reality of a modern TPM is that the job description changes daily. Depending on what the initiatives need, I usually operate as a part-time product manager, part-time program manager, part-time consultant, and part-time system designer. Whether I am acting as a technical soundboard for the engineering team to debate tradeoffs with, or stepping in to untangle a stalled initiative, my focus is always the same: wear whatever hat is required to get a quality product across the finish line without burning out the floor.
🏭 The Industries: Over the last few years, I’ve directed technical execution for enterprise SaaS portfolios across the fintech, healthtech, and e-commerce sectors, a majority of my experience being in building solutions that gamify finance and increase net new traffic.
🛠️ The Tech Stack: While I spend more time in documentation and interfacing than VSCode these days, my tech stack revolved around TypeScript, React, Node.js, and Python, supported by exposure to Postgres, Firebase, Docker, DigitalOcean, AWS, and GCP.

🏍️ Two Wheels: Getting out on my Yamaha MT-03 and trying to push the little thing to go as far up in the mountains as possible ✌️
📈 Finance & Trading: I find financial systems extremely fascinating. Not only because making money is nice, but also as a reflection of human behaviour, game theory, and understanding how people are able to find different edges and create value.
🎤 Side Projects: I'm currently teaching myself video editing and working on a micro-SaaS side project. I'll be linking the YouTube/Insta channel(s) here soon.

🇮🇳/🇨🇦 Roots & Location: First-gen immigrant from India; currently based near the Rockies in Calgary, Alberta and always open to relocating for the right opportunity.
